CJ Jenkins is a Melbourne comedian and the host of C31's comedy chat show "The Comic Box".

She started in radio sketch comedy on PBS fm in 1994, writing for and preforming on shows such as "Bittenkat Presents" "A Dingo Ate My Punchline" and "Sunday Comedy".

She began doing stand up in 1996, performing at venues all over Melbourne including "The Star & Garter" "Espy Comedy" and "The Barracuda Bar". She even won "Best Joke" in the "Big Brother Joke off" at Stagetime @ the Darby"

She has written for & participated in numerous Comedy Festival shows including "A Home Without Wheels" (one woman show), "The End Of The World In 17 Acts" & "2001 A Space Oddity".

She has also participated in comedy debates, many fundraisers and even in a video to entertain Aussie troops in East Timor.

She has written comedy for TV including "Totally Full Frontal" and the Comedy Channel's "The Short & Curly Show" and apeared on C31's "Champagne Comedy. She was also heard nationally on Home Grown Humour - by Radiowise as Crystal Raeding with Macca the Mystic.

CJ is the 2008 recipiant of the coveted "Bill Hicks Award"
